Bill Liteplo

I am a Mechanical Engineering leader looking for a new career opportunity.  The majority of my career has been in product design consulting, so I have broad experience in a range of industries.  I am most passionate about consumer products, additive manufacturing, sporting/outdoor goods, toys/games, medical/health devices, sustainability, and robotics/automation, although I am open to discussing opportunities across the field of mechanical engineering.  My background as an engineer, manager, and departmental director leave me poised to provide technical leadership in any product development setting.  Most recently, my development efforts have been more on the process side of things, ensuring adherence to best practices, quality of deliverables, skills development, resourcing, and strategic planning.  My ideal role would leverage my skills in process definition, technical guidance, and personnel management to help lead a group of mechanical or cross-functional engineers to help get product out the door.  Jumping in and getting my hands dirty would be icing on the cake.

I am open to roles in the Boston area or that are fully remote.
